Ingredients: • 75 ml Espresso• 2 ripe bananas• 250 ml milk• 1 tsp. agave syrup• 1 tsp. cinnamon powder• fresh mint• 5 ice cubes

Preparation:
Cut the banana into slices and put it into a blender together with the espresso, milk and ice cubes and blend for one minute on the highest setting. Add agave syrup (honey is a good alternative) to your liking and blend again.
