Eiskaffee Rezept

Ingredients:

• 300 ml coffee
• 2 packets of vanilla sugar
• 3 scoops vanilla ice cream
• 50 ml whipped cream
• chocolate chips and sauce

Recommended Coffee: Brazil Fazenda Pinha
Alternative Coffee: Chocolate Orange

Preparation:

The perfect iced coffee only needs a few simple steps: Blend 300 ml of freshly brewed coffee, e.g. Brazil Fazenda Pinhal, with the vanilla sugar and let cool down in the fridge for 1 hour. Add 3 scoops of vanilla ice cream to a large glass and pour in the cold coffee. Top up with whipped cream as well as some chocolate chips and sauce. Scoop up this ice cold coffee indulgence.
As a fruity alternative, you can use the flavoured coffee Chocolate-Orange which will add an even fresher touch to this icy creation.

Special Tipp: AFTER SUNSET

A dash of chocolate or marzipan liquor will immediately turn this iced coffee into a tempting After-Sunset-Drink.
